The answer is patience and determination, both of which I can assist you with. The next question is probably "can I afford to do this by the time my house is priced to sell?" Again, I can assist in finding out what your possibilities are. I can say this: it is normal for sellers to be concerned about what it takes to sell their current home. But, when it becomes clear what they can accomplish on the buying end, they know they've made the right decision....and there are no regrets.
